Woke up to find my email was hacked overnight

Good morning everyone. I have to apologize if you got an email from me early this morning. I had an email account hacked and the malicious thing emailed everyone I have ever emailed from there. I spent this morning changing passwords and am now working on damage control.

Please don't click on the links in the email. If you did, please change your passwords immediately.

Yesterday, something told my AVG bar on my internet explorer to shut down. I think that's when it started. So beware. I didn't click on anything to get this nasty thing.

And to the hackers responsible, I hope your balls turn blue and fall off, and a few other curses it's too early to think of.
